SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped out and about 5-7 days to arrive. All items are in stock on hand.


Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is shipped within 1-2 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. We ship via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package after it ships.

Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 HOURS from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your emails address when we receive them from our carriers.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. No. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are for follow-ups, newsletters, and coupons for discounts. 

 

RETURNS

We will accept returns for exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:
 
Returns must be received by Hoop Closet within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be unworn and in new condition. 
  • Items must be in new(unworn) condition (free of human and pet hair)
  • Items cannot be washed or dried
  • Items must have tag on them
Upon inspection any item received under these conditions may result in your return/exchange being denied* 
If possible please include your original packing slip order confirmation with a short note of the correction to be made. Once we receive the returned item we will process and send out your replacement package or issue a refund/store credit.
  

EXCHANGES

The customer will incur the costs to return all item(s) for exchange except for situations where the mistake is on our behalf. We will then send over a return label to send back the wrong products.
*In the event an item is not available for an exchange we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item.
 

REFUNDS 

After receiving the returned item, upon approval Hoop Closet will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase amount minus shipping and any discount/coupon codes.
